Design-build project for construction of a new fish ladder on the Stillaguamish River within a strict 60 day in-water work window. Scope included river diversion/dewatering, temporary fish ladder, precast concrete fishway weirs, steel sheetpile (both permanent/temporary), shotcrete, and rip-rap grading. In-water work was completed a week early with zero environmental incidents or accidents.
