Northbank Civil and Marine has wide-ranging of experiences with the placement, repair and removal of pipe outfalls and intakes. Materials range from large diameter HDPE with diffusers to concrete lined steel pipe to stainless steel barrel screens. Northbank completed an outfall for the City of Wilsonville, Oregon that required temporary bypass pumping for their WWTP while constructing the concrete line steel outfall in the Willamette River. A recent project for the City of Richland required the installation of four new 60-inch diameter stainless steel barrel screens with steel bulkheads, all while maintaining operation of the pump intake facility.
