Ice Harbor Dam Headcover and Oil Water Separator Project consisted of installation of a stainless steel header pipe that will carry oil-in-water from each power unit to the sump room where three Gravity Oil Water Separators (OWS) with Skimmers and Multi-Pack Coalescers will separate the oil in-the-water and discharge the separated oil in a tank while passing the remaining water to the sump. This project was completed in May of 2021.
