Clem Elum Lake Fish Passage

The Clem Elum Lake Fish Passage Juvenile Tunnel is a $16 million project. Northbank is responsible for installing a 7’ diameter fish passage tunnel over 1200’ long through glacial outwash from the outlet portal below the dam to the 120’ diameter oval secant pile shaft upstream of the dam as well as completing the helix chamber foundation system. Work includes mass excavation, shoring, tunnel excavation and lining, shaft excavation and mass concrete. Site work began spring 2018 and was completed in March of 2021.
